1. Who operates FallenAI?
FallenAI is an independent Android application operated by Ciuhu Cristian Constantin, located at Fichtenweg 12, 51597 Morsbach, Germany. Contact: fallenai.gptsupport@gmail.com or use our contact form. The full legal notice is available in our Impressum.
2. Scope and availability
FallenAI is presently offered as an evolving beta. Some features depend on external systems or may be limited, unavailable, modified, or removed during development. The website clearly labels proposed premium features as planned, not currently sold.
3. Using the beta
Only use FallenAI lawfully, respect the rights and privacy of others, and do not circumvent security or technical controls. Keep account credentials secure. Features may be experimental, interrupted or withdrawn as the beta evolves. You retain rights to your own submitted content, and you are responsible for having the rights to material you upload or provide. Use of third-party AI functionality may be subject to further disclosed provider terms.
4. Age eligibility (16+)
FallenAI Beta is intended for people aged 16 or older. People under 16 may not register or use the beta. Free access is intended for eligible users aged 16 and above. If paid Plus or Pro subscriptions are enabled in the future, users aged 16 or 17 will need the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter a recurring paid subscription, as required by applicable law. Users aged 18 or older may subscribe independently. Any such paid checkout for minors remains subject to the payment provider's rules and requires an appropriate consent-verification process before activation. These arrangements are planned only: paid subscriptions, age verification and guardian-consent verification are not operational yet.
5. AI responses and user content
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for critical decisions. Verify important information independently; the app is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. FallenAI does not intend to use users' conversations to train its own AI models. The treatment of messages by any integrated external model provider must be checked and disclosed in the Privacy Policy before that feature is generally released.
6. Free and future paid plans
At present, Free beta features may be accessed without buying a subscription. Planned recurring prices are: Plus €7.99/month or €76.70/year; Pro €16.99/month or €163.10/year. These plans are not available for purchase yet. The included premium benefits will be clearly defined before checkout launches.
7. Future billing
Plus and Pro are currently not available to purchase. If subscriptions launch, the order process is intended to be conducted by our online reseller Paddle, which would act as merchant of record, collect payments, provide receipts and handle applicable buyer refunds. The exact recurring price, renewal period, included entitlements, cancellation method and applicable consumer rights must appear before the customer confirms an order. Paddle's Buyer Terms would apply to its transactions. No live checkout will be enabled until payment-provider verification, feature delivery and safeguards are complete.
8. APK distribution and updates
Official Android APKs are planned to be distributed using Gofile, with updates delivered through the app's update system. Install only builds from official FallenAI channels. Availability of any release link is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
The FallenAI name, brand assets and original app content are reserved to their respective owner(s). You may use the software under the license accompanying the distributed build; no ownership transfer is implied.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms restricts applicable mandatory consumer protection rights. Any limitations of liability are subject to mandatory local law, including German and EU consumer law.
